Shannon founded Warrior Kids Yoga in 2018 with a mission to help children build confidence, resilience, and emotional balance through movement and mindfulness. She received her children’s yoga certification through ChildLight Education Company and has since expanded her expertise through nationally recognized programs including Karma Kids Yoga, Little Flower Yoga, and YoKid, with specialized training in infant, preschool, elementary, and teen yoga, as well as trauma‑informed and partner yoga.

She brings a blend of evidence‑based practices, creativity, and nature‑inspired play to every class. With a background in nurturing community and supporting whole‑child well‑being, Shannon creates spaces where kids feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow—on and off the mat.
